Ground floor
The villa’s front door opens into an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. All windows and outside doors have insect screens and the lounge contains a comfortable sofa bed which can be used for an additional guest. A safe is also provided.
Off the lounge is a double bedroom and separate shower/WC. Both the lounge and bedroom have direct access to the spacious terrace and pool.
The open tread staircase (not suitable for very young children) leads from the lounge to the first floor and then roof terrace.

First floor
On the first floor there is a master double bedroom and twin bedroom both with en-suite shower/WC. Both bedrooms have direct door access to the covered balcony which has a table and chairs, ideal for breakfast while enjoying the stunning views.
The upper landing gives access to the roof terrace providing the most dramatic views across the bay.
Our English speaking, Kalkan based agent is available to deal with your queries 24 hours a day. An additional cleaning and linen change to the normal weekly is available if required. A welcome pack is provided for you on arrival.
